Mainstream's setting offers a 16 client maximum.

This limit enables our staff to give each individual the attention and support they need to begin a life of recovery.
The facility is licensed by the state of Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services.

Mainstream is licensed to provide social detoxification, intermediate, and reintegration services for drug and alcohol abuse.

Mainstream is located on 20 acres northeast of Bonner Springs, Kansas. The facility is now in its 11th year of operation. Mainstream received the Terry Trafton Organization award from the Greater Kansas City Chemical Abuse Councils for Mainstream's outstanding service in the field.
