Mainstream's 28-day residential programs for alcohol and drug abuse provide 25 hours per week of treatment, including:

Men who need further help to stay sober following medical detoxification, or who need more structure and support than outpatient counseling can provide, often benefit from treatment at Mainstream.

A study of 1,726 patients at treatment centers nationwide found that those who had completed residential or intensive day treatment along with after-care counseling were much more likely than others to remain completely abstinent in the year following treatment.
