Jeff and Terri Benz |

Jeff and Terri Benz founded Mainstream in 1994. Both have been very active in the
Kansas City recovery community for over 25 years. Jeff serves as our CEO and Terri
serves as Mainstream’s administrator.

Ernest Hale

|
Ernest Hale as worked as a counselor since 1992. He is internationally certified by ICRCADA. He is certified in Missouri as a CSAC II and in Kansas as a CADC II. Ernest began working at Mainstream in 1999. In 2001, Ernest was promoted to Program Director for Mainstream.

Gloria Nepote

Gloria Nepote, CADC III, has been the Director of Family Services since Mainstream
opened in 1994. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Addiction Counseling and is certified
at the state and national level. She has worked in the field of addiction recovery
for over 20 years.

Chris Kinghorn
|
|
Chris Kinghorn began working at Mainstream as a Counselor Technician in 2003. He
is now recognized in Missouri as a Substance Abuse Counselor (RASAC II) and as an
AAPS in Kansas. He was promoted to the position of Supervising Counselor in 2005.

Jack Webb
|
|
Jack Webb has been in the counseling field since 1994. He was a substance abuse
counselor in the US Air Force during the last 10 years of his military service.
He has worked as a recreational counselor and as a primary counselor at Mainstream
since 2005. Jack is certified in Kansas as an AAPS and in Missouri as a RASAC II
